[Ohiodig] Seeking OhioDIG hosts for in-person May, July, Sept 2026

Hello!

If you are interested in hosting an in-person OhioDIG meeting for next year, we'd love to hear from you! This is a great chance to show off your shop and have OhioDIG come to you!

OhioDIG holds 6 meetings a year with November, January, and March being virtual, and May, July, and September in person.

Hosting duties are fairly light as the OhioDIG planning committee takes care of the program, registration, refreshments (some hosts contribute to this), etc.

Host duties:

  *   Suitable meeting space to comfortably seat at least 45
  *   Mic, projector, screen for presenters
  *   Spot to lay out refreshments
  *   Parking
  *   Tour of facilities, if possible (people love these). Does not need to include a digitization space!
  *   If desired, contribute to the program and/or work with OhioDIG to create a program focused on your community.

- 10:00 am-10:30 am: Coffee & snack social
- 10:30 am-11:30 am: Presentation & discussion
- 11:30 am-11:45 am: Break/rearrange room
- 11:45 am-1:00 pm: Brown bag lunch: announcements, all-attendee updates, discussion
- 1:15pm-: Optional tours, small group discussions (user groups, birds of a feather)
