[Ohiodig] question about vended services for transcription

Good afternoon all,

Our library is currently digitizing some handwritten cookbooks from the 18th and 19th centuries. We're going to outsource the transcription of the content. Has anyone worked with a vendor or vendors they'd recommend for this type of work?
