I have to wonder if the Library of Congress's effort may be related in some
way to the Internet Archive's DLARC project
<http://blog.archive.org/2022/10/04/internet-archive-seeks-donations-of-materials-to-build-a-digital-library-of-amateur-radio-and-communications/>
and
vice versa. I know the latter has had a lot of success
<http://blog.archive.org/2023/09/12/dlarc-90000/> with it.
