Hi Marsha-

Are you looking for grants that do not require a match, or are you open to any type of grant? (I have a few ideas, but if you don't have the possibility of matching funds, I'll nix those from my list 🙂). If it's an Ohio title, I think you might have luck with some of the state level funding options.

We used Backstage Library Works for the majority of our student newspaper digitization project, and I would give them a high recommendation. Their work was excellent, and the turnaround time was really good (especially considering we were normally shipping out a decade at a time for digitization!).

Hope this helps. Happy to chat more-

-Ginnie

Subject: EXT: [Ohiodig] grants for newspaper digitzation

Hello everyone,

Any recommendations for grants to look into for newspaper digitization? (NDNP is not an option unfortunately)

Alternatively, any recommended vendors?

Thanks!
Marsha
