16:05-16:15 UTC - Introduction to DiAGRAM, the Digital Archiving Graphical Risk Assessment Model
Diagram will help those responsible for digital archives to understand the risks their holdings face, explore ways to mitigate those risks and see the effect on risk levels. It will also help communicate these findings to budget holders and other stakeholders by providing data for inclusion in business cases or similar documentation. The model has been built by a partnership of British archives and statisticians at the University of Warwick.

16:15-16:25 UTC - Part and parcel: Weaving born-digital into the UC Guidelines for Efficient Processing
This presentation will provide summarize a collaborative effort to revise the Guidelines for Efficient Archival Processing in the University of California Libraries, including an overview of how baseline guidelines on born-digital appraisal, accessioning, and processing were integrated into the system-wide document. Presenters will discuss the challenges of weaving born-digital stewardship advice throughout a document geared toward paper processing, and how the newly published revised version can support the effort to operationalize born-digital work across the UC Libraries and beyond.

16:25-16:35 UTC - Virtual Reading Rooms and Leveraging Shifting Priorities
Princeton University Special Collections has spent the last few years working towards achieving greater access to its born-digital materials, but has suffered from a lack of prioritization. However, priorities have now shifted to making more digital content accessible online, and a Virtual Reading Room Task Force was created. Two members of the team will discuss how the project got to this point, the current capabilities of the reading room, and continuing progress.
