The 2019 meeting has the theme of "User Experience in Online Cultural Heritage Collections." Over 20 sessions are planned and will include presentations, panels, training, workshops, and even a special "CONTENTdm 101" session presented by OCLC. The keynote will be Craig M. MacDonald (Pratt Institute School of Information), an expert on User Experience (UX).
