[Ohiodig] FW: Get involved in DPLA Network Working Groups!

Hello! DPLA is seeking candidates for its own working groups, and looking to their Hubs for volunteers. If you’d like to be involved in the work that DPLA does and to help move the organization forward, please take a look at the info below:


The DPLA Member Network is seeking candidates for a number of working groups:


  *   Assessment
  *   Metadata
  *   Outreach
  *   Rights Statements
  *   Technical Capacity


This is an opportunity to shape and help further the collaborative work of the DPLA Member Network, to share expertise with and learn from Hub and DPLA colleagues, and to help address common needs and challenges. Anyone who has played an active role in a member Hub may apply.

Selected applications will be forwarded to DPLA, who will release their final list of working group participants by May 25th.





  *   Statement of interest. A few paragraphs addressing: 1) What working group do you wish to be on and what experience and qualifications would you bring to this group?

          2)  What do you feel is the greatest need or challenge faced by this working group?

  *   Your resume.
