</span><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">In this workshop, the presenter will provide an overview of establishing and managing a digitization program, including creating digital workflows and project management. Tools
and resources for setting up a digitization lab will be provided. Topics will include setting up a digitization lab, creating workflows, project management, content selection, digital preservation and storage, software and equipment, staffing, relationship
building, and outreach. This workshop will be recorded.<br>

</span><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">Alexandra Trim is the Head of Digital Initiatives at the Georgetown Law Library. Alex is responsible for managing large scale digital initiatives including digitization projects,
metadata, repository maintenance, and digital preservation. Previously, Alex worked as the Digitization Services Coordinator at the University of Maryland Libraries. Alex has a Masters in Library and Information Science and a Bachelors in History from the
University of South Carolina. Her interests include project management, conducting outreach for digital collections, and researching digital accessibility.</span><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Lato",sans-serif;color:black"><br>
