<p><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">In this conversation, archival administrators will discuss how they navigate and manage the modern student worker, the practicum student, and fellows. Panelists will consider the complex nature of undergraduates
who-at times-are also navigating their first job, learning how to "show up," and simultaneously managing the pressures of college life. Finally, the panel will discuss the qualities of the modern archival workplace, including mentorship, communication, flexibility,
