I can’t believe we’re just a few short weeks away from the SOA Annual Conference! I’m proud that, despite the small size of our organization, we’re once again able to offer a hybrid conference — and am excited about this year’s program (full schedule and registration
links <a href="https://ohioarchivists.org/annual_conference">available here</a>) focused on archival sustainability, donor relations, grant writing and management, and building strong organizational partnerships. In addition to a slate of engaging sessions
led by professionally diverse cultural heritage workers, SOA will also host two Crucial Conversations: one on funding JEDAI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, Accessibility, and Inclusion) initiatives, and another on archival work and advocacy amid today’s shifting
political landscape. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
