Talks should preferably be related to the theme of <b>Empowerment, Care, and Community in Open Education,
</b>though other topics are welcome. Other topics could include AI and Open Education, Student Engagement, Affordable Learning, Open Authoring, Equity and Access, Promoting and Authoring of OERS, Publisher and Bookstore Relations, Automatic Textbook Billing,
and Open Pedagogy Allowing for Creative Pedagogy. If accepted, lightning talks will be prerecorded and submitted for viewing by conference participants May 19th - May 22nd. Presenters of lightning talks will engage with participants asynchronously on the
