It's not 100% free of reflections but is great for flattening with minimal glare while meeting FADGI-3 guidelines. The material has a slight tint making it necessary to adjust for white balance and exposure. It also scratches & smudges very easily.

Hello OhioDig,

I?m wondering if anyone has a recommendation for where to get a reasonably priced transparent and glare-free glass or acrylic sheet for the purpose of keeping items flat during digital imaging? I?ve ordered a couple in the past that were marketed as being entirely
glare-free but turned out to be very much not, so I?m hoping someone here might be able to point me in the right direction ?

Thanks so much for any suggestions!
Hi Nick-

I lucked out at a local framing shop, who was able to order me a piece of glass that was custom sized for our overhead scanner that was also glare-free.

Happy to share their name, though I'm guessing you might have someone local that might be easier for a local pick-up?
