I recently hired a direct report to help me work on digital preservation, repository management, and general digital projects-esque work, and I’m currently working up a bibliography of resources to help train this person. I’m hoping folks
might suggestions about other articles/posters/blog posts/conference presentations/whatever to include.

Bonus points if you are plugging your own work (shout out to Ginnie Dressler’s article “Probing archivists’ perceptions and practices in privacy”, and OhioDIG alum Nathan Tallman’s article “A 21st Century Technical Infrastructure for Digital
Preservation”). Double bonus points if you have good articles about metadata for digital collections/digital preservation which is a weak spot on this bibliography.
