to students, artists and others whose conference budgets may be limited. The fees collected will help cover a stipend for a keynote speaker, the DOI fees for our open-access </span><em><span style="font-size:10.5pt; font-family:inherit; color:#444444; border:none windowtext 1.0pt; padding:0in">Proceedings</span></em><span style="font-size:10.5pt; font-family:"Open Sans",sans-serif; color:#444444">,
