decision making; serves on teams to carry out library goals as specified in assignments. Keeps up-to-date in librarianship and information technology, applying current information technologies in carrying out assigned responsibilities. Engages in scholarly,

to the daily operations of the library by delivering positive customer service in person, over the phone, and via email; performing all duties associated with the circulation of library materials; providing general information about the library or campus,
and answering basic information queries; referring patrons to appropriate services, resources, or library staff. Supports research and academics by retrieving and processing materials for resource sharing services (interlibrary loan and OhioLINK). Performs
related duties as assigned. Includes some evening and weekend shifts. <o:p> </o:p></span></p>
