I'm just seeing this now. I am interested, too. We are using Sharepoint + MS Forms, but it isn't intuitive or as automated as we would like. I'm working on an alternative since the Library Systems staff member who put the original one together has left CSU.
Flow might be an option.</div>

<div>I think it would be great to get a zoom meeting together! I'm in the beginning stages so I'm very curious what everyone is doing. I;ve had some people reach out personally as well who are interested. Maybe we can get an informal get together of interested
parties to chat about it and, if we find it's valuable, we can make something happen officially with an OhioDIG meeting (I have 0 authority on this so planning committee thoughts????).</div>
