Advisory and in-depth reference services. This position provides training and guidance to other Public Services staff including the use of electronic resources and reference tools. </span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">This
position plays a key role in ensuring quality for digital collections and archives processing work, reviewing metadata, creating finding aids and working with paraprofessional staff.</span></p>

library to document Columbus history and serve as a reference resource for the community, answering all incoming phone, email and in-person reference requests related to LH&G and working with community groups to promote history and genealogy in Central Ohio. </span></p>
