</span></strong>Data Visualization combines both art & design with math & science in order to present complex data in an easily-digestible graphic. This workshop introduce the fundamental principles and concepts that make up an effective data visualization.
These include: choosing the appropriate chart type, design best practices, understanding color theory, and basic data types. Participants will work with data these visualization principles and data visualization software tools through hands-on and group exercises.
Please bring your own laptop for the hands-on exercises.<o:p></o:p></p>
