and implements emerging technologies to expand and improve services. Provides programming support for library web pages. Generates statistical reports for Library management. Interacts professionally with all internal and external customers using strong interpersonal

technology field. Demonstrated knowledge of computer hardware and software configurations. Knowledge of Windows, Apple, and Linux/Unix operating systems. Experience with one or more database systems. Knowledge of one or more scripting languages, e.g., PHP,
Python, Javascript. Experience diagnosing computer and network problems. Familiarity with web accessibility standards. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

(projectors, Smart Boards, Extron control systems). Familiarity with Wordpress or other content management systems. Experience with library-specific applications, e.g., EZProxy, ILLiad. Previous experience in higher education.<b><o:p></o:p></b></span></p>
