All,

I just came across a website called scanning.guide today in a reddit post
<http://www.reddit.com/r/internetarchive/comments/1hhh4vn/scanning_booksmagazinesbound_printed_material>
and thought it was worth sharing. To be clear, I'm not sure if this site's
suggestions are in line with best practices. However, at the very least it
seems to be an attempt at making scanning guidelines accessible to the
average person which is something I feel like I don't see too often. Also,
the "placing your paper" page <http://scanning.guide/placing-your-paper>
may be the only place I've seen the issue with scanners cutting off the
edges of documents address.

Sincerely,
Noah Stegman Rechtin
