[Ohiodig] OhioDIG Question: Faculty Profile Retention

Hello all,

It was great to meet many of you at the last OhioDIG meeting! I wanted to
reach out to ask an institutional repository policy question that some of
you may be able to help me with.

Recently, we've been working on clarifying our institution's policies
regarding the local Scholarly Profiles we host for faculty. One of the
major concerns with it has been how long to retain these profiles after a
faculty member leaves or dies. I have my own ideas, but I thought it would
be wise to get more context regarding this from other institutions in Ohio.

If any of you work with faculty profiles provided by your institution, I'd
love to hear from you all how your institution handles this. Thank you so
