A few updates and reminders of our offerings below!

Planning Group Roster updates

  *   We want to heartily thank Virginia "Ginnie" Dressler, Kent State University, as she rotates off, for all her work (2016-2026) in bringing OhioDIG content to the community. And congratulate her on her move from the Libraries to SLIS faculty!

  *   Alma-D/Specto
For those using or planning to use the Alma Digital/Specto platform (through the OhioLINK consortium ExLibris). Meets virtually bimonthly. Next meeting on July 27.   *   CONTENTdm
For those using or planning to use the CONTENTdm digital content platform. Meets virtually bimonthly/quarterly. Cochairs: Adam Wanter (awanter at midpointelibrary.org<mailto:awanter at midpointelibrary.org>) &  Hydy Cates (hcates1 at cscc.edu<mailto:hcates1 at cscc.edu>)


  *   Phase One
Topics may include DSLR copystand equipment and workflows, image quality standards, digitization of film and special formats, capture and processing software, lighting techniques. OhioDIG was founded for the purpose of building an Ohio community of those with an interest in cultural heritage digitization, description, access, and digital preservation. All are welcome!
