The New to Libraries Network is designed to support emerging information professionals in Ohio through networking opportunities, professional development, a buddy program and more. The group has been inactive since 2020 but is reemerging this year as a project of ILEAD Ohio. The New to Libraries Network welcomes those considering a career in libraries, new grads, current MLIS students, and those interested in exploring beyond their current role regardless of educational status.


There is no cost to participate in the New to Libraries Network.

We want your feedback! Whether you've been working in libraries for decades or you're new to libraries yourself, we want to know what you need from the New to Libraries Network.
