[Ohiodig] Writing Alt Text for photos -- good resources?

Fellow OhioDIG'ers,
I know we have had meetings on this topic in the recent past, but can anyone share some great learning tools and resources they have used for their staff to train them on how to write quality Alternative Text for digitized photographs? I had a staff member begin this project for us but as she is no longer at our institution, we had put the project on hold. I now have a new staff member who is interested in picking up where she left off but I'd like her to get some training on the project before she just jumps in. Thanks so much,
