[Ohiodig] Funding for University Archives

Hi everyone,
I am the University Archivist at Kent State and I was recently asked in a meeting how other college and university archives fund their services in terms of storage (digital and physical) as well as the reference services provided to internal university departments and units. I was asked if other university and college archives get funding from internal departments for storage and reference work. For example, do other departments provide any financial support for the storage of their materials in the archives? Also do other university/college archives charge internal university entities for reference services such as digitization?
I understand that this may not be a question everyone feels comfortable responding to depending on how your institutions are about this type of information, but any information that people can share would be appreciated.
