Registration for ARSC's 59th Annual Conference and Workshop, May 14-17, 2025 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and online via Zoom Webinar is now open! Early bird registration rates are available through April 30, 2025.

The ARSC Conference Workshop "Planning, Designing, and Building an Audio Preservation Space" on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 will focus on how to build a space for audio preservation, either from the ground up or by remodeling an existing work area. The workshop is being offered in person and online via Zoom Webinar.

The ARSC Conference kicks off with an opening reception on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at 7 PM and continues Thursday, May 15 through Saturday, May 17 with presentations and panel discussions with sound recording scholars, collectors, preservationists, and creators. The conference concludes with a closing banquet and awards ceremony on Saturday, May 17 at 7 PM, and will feature tours of the The Church Studio<https://arsc-audio.us4.list-manage.com/track/click?u=4a26e794fbc0f97a88807f973&id=2a763a352e&e=f683d98a47> and the American Song Archives' Bob Dylan Center<https://arsc-audio.us4.list-manage.com/track/click?u=4a26e794fbc0f97a88807f973&id=63d20be84f&e=f683d98a47> and Woody Guthrie Center<https://arsc-audio.us4.list-manage.com/track/click?u=4a26e794fbc0f97a88807f973&id=2361bec686&e=f683d98a47>, which will also host a screening of "Johnny Cash at Folsom Prison" along with a Q&A with its producer. The conference is being offered in person and online via Zoom Webinar.
