[Ohiodig] Workflow request (digitization + selection)

We have a Microsoft Form that I set up with a Flow in Power Automate to route it to the selected departments to approve the work they are responsible for and then (if approved by all) goes to the library director for approval. I'm happy to share more details if it would be helpful.

It was my plan to also have approved projects added to Planner, but my institution doesn't have it set up in our Teams and I haven't gotten around to determining another workflow.

Best,
Marsha

Hello OhioDIG-

We are in the midst of researching workflows around selection for digitization projects, and are interested if anyone might be able to share (on or off list) what they use at their institution?

We recently finished a document that outlines how we consider digital projects (resources, copyright, mission/significance, etc), but we are now in the phase of coming up with an internal workflow for how we as a group approve (or not) digitization project proposals that are generated either within our departments or from our patrons.

Thanks in advance!

Ginnie
