ABOUT:
Looking to purchase new digitization equipment, but feeling overwhelmed with the choices? Have questions about improving your current digitization technology or outsourcing your digitization projects to a vendor? Ask your questions and share your experiences in a casual roundtable discussion about three different types of digitization equipment: camera/copy stands, flatbed scanners, and audio/video digitization (in-house & outsourced). [Note: If you'd like to submit questions/topics ahead of time, there's a field in the registration form for that!]

To open the meeting, everyone will come together in the main room, then participants will have a choice of 3 breakout rooms. Each breakout session will have a moderator (OhioDIG planning committee members), and an expert. There will be 3 rounds of breakout room sessions that will last about 15 minutes each. You can return to the same breakout room all 3 rounds or you can visit a different room each round to hear all the topics. Choose whatever interests you!

This meeting will not be recorded. In addition to Zoom, we will be using Google Jamboards that allow anyone in the breakout session to anonymously add virtual sticky notes with comments to add to the discussion. After the breakout sessions, everyone will rejoin the main room where the moderators will share about the conversations in their rooms.

At the end of our meeting, we will do our usual OhioDIG Round Robin where all attendees will have a chance to share what they are working on at their organization and ask any digitization questions of the group.
