[Ohiodig] OhioDIG Planning Group update

Hello OhioDIGers,

On behalf of the OhioDIG Planning Group, we would like to thank Stephanie Becker, Case Western Reserve University, who has rotated off a two-year term on the Planning Group. We thank Stephanie for all her time and work as a member of the group for the last 2 years!

With Stephanie's rotating off, we have an opening on the group. We would particularly like to see more representation from smaller institutions in the group, but anyone that has an interest, please contact me at carleton at ohio.edu<mailto:carleton at ohio.edu>, or anyone in the group (listed below).

The work load is light, with the primary task taking turns to program the meetings. We mostly work through Trello, with our documentation in Google Drive. Since we have been unable to see each other in person, we have been meeting this spring to jointly work on our documentation and sustainability path.

The Planning Group members take turns managing the program and host arrangements for the 6x a year meetings. Additional member duties are listed beside each name.
