About the Virtual Copyright Education Center

LYRASIS & Columbia University Libraries are collaborating to offer online classes on copyright through a Virtual Copyright Education Center (VCEC) pilot project. This pilot is introducing new classes to enable cultural heritage professionals to move beyond a basic understanding of copyright. The pilot includes business planning with the goal of developing a sustainable service model to continue providing training. To learn more about the project, read our press release<https://lyrasisnow.org/press-release-lyrasis-and-columbia-university-libraries-announce-virtual-copyright-education-centers-pilot-project/> and view the VCEC Advisory Group members<https://lyrasisnow.org/copyright-advisory-board-members/>.
