When Licking County Library began researching local veterans back in 2014, they had no idea how big their little program would become.  Through their work on this project, Licking County Library has been able to make connections with a wide variety of community groups, get the library’s name into spaces and places where it had never been before, and bring together distant parts of their service area.  All of this while doing what libraries have always done—preserving our records for future generations.  Plan to attend this session to discuss the ways that an outreach program like this one can build relationships to benefit your library and your community.
