[Ohiodig] upload your own digital images

OhioDIG'ers,
Does anyone currently offer the option for customers/users to upload images to your digital collection (or know of anyone who does)? We are thinking of a form that could be used to match fields to the metadata for easy ingestion into CONTENdm (or other software) and save us the time of transferring digital images on a hard drive and using paper intake forms.

Would this tool be of interest to you? If we build it, we will be happy to share.
