[Ohiodig] digitization recommendations

Anyone have recommendations for the below situation?

Portrait photograph in a frame behind glass and the consensus is that it will be destroyed if it is removed. The frame measures 23" x 26". So far we have been unable to figure out how to digitize this portrait, due to the size and the glare from the glass. Are you aware of any way to successfully digitize an image of this size in a situation like this?
