Dear Colleagues,

Please consider sharing your experiences, research, and initiatives with adopting or creating an open educational resource on your campus with your Northeast Ohio colleagues by submitting a lightning talk proposal for OpenCon Cleveland 2018. The audience of this event is librarians, library staff, instructional designers, and faculty in the region, and it is free of charge. Talks will consist of 8-10 minute presentations highlighting practical tips for open educational resource (OER) creation or adoption, such as project management, working with administrators and faculty, handling licensing issues, and using platforms like OER Commons and Pressbooks. We have a Google form for submitting proposals<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfHLu9AcQmfFc5ixDTbPxfxxV5rGe_BBEY42OQ_UkL0W2JQTA/viewform?usp=sf_link> and all submissions are due on February 12th. Decisions about accepted submissions will be communicated by February 20th.
